just got in from 5 hour trip home(and then had to conquer the DNC traffic/road closures in the city of Boston to make it home).
will compose a longer report when I catch up on things, but the short of it.......
PR this year by 27 minutes and finished with a time of 12:29!!!!!!!!!!! compared to last year the course was perfect, weather rocked. Had tough times on the 2nd lap of the bike and on the run had a bad 7 mile stretch but stayed strong and pulled through. Great day out there. Swim around 1:19 (same as last year, and this year included some panic sessions), bike at 6:39 (about 11 minutes faster than last time) and a run of 4:15 (8 minutes faster) and took some time off of those transitions.
Was saying will take next year off, but how could I!!!!!!!!!???????????????? Dancer and I walked on down and signed up for next year!!!!!!!!!!
so excited to do it again.
full report to come, Mike

Only 12:29? That time sucks. Can't you do any better? (just kidding).
PR's always rock, esp. at an IM.
