I had 92 miles for the month. First month back with my training group and so far so good. Learning to handle the heat and humidity again.

June = surgery = crap, crap, crap
Forced to take 10 days off post-op, pre-op days were very slow and painful, so limited. 43.9 - worst mileage in a year. Two races - one awful, one fun as hell. Only 2,000 crunches and one lifting session.
BUT...all that's behind me, and I'm looking forward to full-speed-ahead marathon training. Nearly 5 months to go!

60 miles for the month of June with an average pace of 8:10/mile. Mileage is still low b/c I recently got back from a stress fracture (recovered officially in Mid May) and I'm slowly getting back to my former training mileage of 35-40 mpw (Hopefully by mid August).

Low Mileage this month since I took 2 weeks off for vacation:
Running: 43.1 miles
Time: 5h 59m 17s
Avg. Pace: 8:20/mile
Cycling: 10.0 miles
Time: 27m 12s
Avg. Pace: 2:43/mile
I guess if I compared it last years mileage it might be about the same. ia making a concerted efffort to ease back into the running especially since the heat is now back here in Florida!

Crappy, Crappy, Crappy
Nine Days forced off because of "the procedure"
lack of motivation to run before the "procedure" killed me too!
total of: 29 for the month of June.
I had 81 in April! Then a sinus infection in May, a surgery in June, and wait til you see my post in the mid year report.
