Running: 114.6 miles (Boo! Way too low)

Cycling: 752.5 miles (If I maintain this MPW pace, that will put me pretty close to 10,000 miles for the year Shocked )

Cycling/trainer: 75.0 miles (low again, but I tapered)

Swimming: 16.6 miles (first time in a long time it's been that high)

Walking: 3.0 miles (I walked once during taper week. Bad idea, had mild shin splints from doing that)

weight training: 7 sessions (low, but I took some time off during taper week)

Running: 88.1M. 4 races (half, 15K, 5K w/PR, 5M). All other activity was medically restricted. Sad

All things considered, OK with it. Definitely a learning month. Things are looking up again, can't complain.

Running 90-miles
Cycling 175-miles
Rowing 16km

Nothin' injured or nagging, so I'm pumped. Next month will be markedly better.

Best month of the year!

no injuries...illnesses...sugeries... got to put a whole month in for once.

119 miles by far my most productive.
also, a great 1/2 marathon effort

my miles are going up and I'm feeling good.
Legs don't feel nearly as dead as they did, even a week ago.

Karate is on top of this.
