I love this website: http://www.julstro.com/welcome.html
My back feels so much better today then it did yesterday just by doing some of the deep tissue massages in "The Pain Free Runner" book! I highly suggest anyone that is having pain to get either this book, "The Pain Free Swimmer" or "The Pain Free Triathlete." The book can be downloaded so you can get the info immediately! I think this will save us all hundreds of dollars on doctor bills!
They charge you now to be part of their message boards ( ) but you can still access the archives and that, too, is a great help.
Happy pain-free running!

Glad you found it. I have used that book for over a year now and I tell everyone about it. It is a great source of pain relief.

Hi,
Surprisingly, someone just sent this to me (after 3 years!) and it was wonderful hearing that my books have helped you. I re-instated the free forum in 2006. I'd had to make it a paid site because I was getting 3-4 hours of work answering messages every day. It eventually got to where I was having a problem paying the rent.
The way I do it now is I answer everyone, but the treatments are taught in my books "The Pain-Free Triathlete" and "The Pain-Free Runner."
I hope you are both doing well. If you ever find yourself in Houston, TX, please feel free to contact me through my website http://www.julstro.com. It would be nice to say hello.
Wishing you well,
Julie Donnelly
