So. On one of the many endless news shows about Scott Peterson they say a "contract" has been taken out on Mr Peterson once he arrives at his new home.

I have never understood this type of justice. These people are guilty of sick, heinous crimes and they have the gall to say Scott should die?

I am confused.

Apparently, one of the prisoners said something to the effect of "you shouldn't kill your wife unless she deserves it..."

I've read that pedophiles, child abusers and child murderers get treated differently by the inmates. Apparently the general prison population has some form of morals they live by and crimes against children are a no-no even to them.

exactly. Not to mention the status you'd gain by killing or harming a high profile offender like Peterson.

Witness what happened to Jeff Dahmer. The bigger the noteriety, the bigger your status in the prison.

prisoners have their own rules, "honor among theives" so to speak.

I do not condone this type of justice but sadly people like to be vigilanties sometimes.

Scott will have his eyes opened in prison, he will not have a pleasant time there, mainly for the baby killing aspect, prisoners do not care if you kill a dude for his sneakers but killing kids is where they draw the line. Weird.

He's also a "pretty boy" and I'm wondering what other unpleasantries await him...
