8:00 a.m. -- South Ponte Vedra Beach (USATF-Florida Championship).
I didn't know Florida had a championship in this event. Why didn't they have that last year when I won it.
Oh well time to defend my title.
Anyone else interested in running 4 laps through trails on a hopefully Cool Sunday morning.

I think you need to take a few months to rest and recover from the marathon and 50K you just finished!

How about a few months to let my bank account recover? I'm scratching this one due to other races that I'm planning on doing.
