To go run when it's 34 with a wind chill of 26. Yes, I know that's not bad to many of you, but I don't have anything warm enough to wear. The rec is closed for the holidays. Mad I'd gladly take 80 laps on the indoor track over this.

It's hard to get motivated here in Ohio when it's 34. I'm trying to motivate myself for a morning run tomorrow with the temps in the 20's...but if I want to get through the holidays without a weight gain, I need to get at least a 4 miler in!
I got two windshirts in the last few monthes and they are nice to run in, with several layers underneath. It's so hard to figure out how many layers to run in, with the cold windy weather. At least where I run, if I discard the layers, I can count on them still being there on the last lap.

Oh, I'm sorry. Sad I have had motivation issues lately myself so I can relate.

Dressing properly is the problem, since all I really have is long sleeve tshirts to run in.
