I'm not sure I ever had it.

I was making spaghetti for dinner. So I'm stirring the pasta with that spaghetti grabber claw like thing, too lazy to look for a spoon. Well, it disappeared. It's gone. I've looked everywhere, including places it couldn't possibly be, have interrogated the children, and cannot find the fricken thing.

Now I'm wondering if I was ever using it in the first place. dunno

You've confused us all, Brie...

What is 'it's?

A) your brain

B) the grabber claw

C) Pasta

D) Your children

If it's not in the fridge or under the pasta, maybe you put it back where you got it or...in a drawer...or....you've lost your mind.

Keep us posted. Enquiring minds, ya know.

Gee, the mere thought of violence has had its effect! No blood was shed, either!

Well the "it's gone" may refer to a couple things. The pasta grabber, yes, my mind, also a big fat yes or at least the area of short-term memory. Wink

I did find it. A clean skillet was on the stove when I began cooking, and I guess I set the pasta grabber in it at some point, then I put said skillet in the stove as it was in the way. It only took me an hour to remember this.

I've actually talked to my doc about this short-term memory issue, and she said that as long as I have kids, there is no hope for me.

So who will start the bidding? Bidding on the kids as in how much they will offer for them, or "bidding" as in coming here and doing what I need them to do (for instance, follow me around and be a real-live post-it note!!) -- YOU decide! Smile
