Bike to work week is May 17th - 21st and bike to work day is May 21st.
I'd like to encourage all of you non-bike commuters to give it a shot. It's probably easier than you think.

I'm a commuter. Usually twice/week. This summer I would like to try and go a whole month. Does running to work count as commuting?

I used to at two different jobs. Now I am 40 miles each way, maybe longer by backroads.

Finally got my wheels off the hooks this weekend. The morning temps are starting to finally look tolerable, so any day now, I'll be back among the pedallers.

I'm thinking of maybe two-wheelin' it to work. I can't imagin how much $$ I'd save by not driving my SUV. I'll have to check out smoe possible routes and see how the morning traffic is.

I plan on riding to work at least one day that week. That will be my first bike ride since I was 12.

I would love to ride to work, its only about 10 miles, the company even has a secure place to lock the bikes up, but the neighborhoods I would have to go through to get here aren't the friendliest

Hmm. Does riding the motorcycle count? It is still two wheels.
