to you?
for me it used to mean, pay raise, moeny in the Army's budget. NOW it means headaches. The new policies for Medicare start. The Insurance coding updates/changes take place. the Doctors are even more clueless than normal regarding the changes.
i need a drink and a shoulder to cry on. today has been hell

Oh, the start of fall race season. With 6 area races this weekend, this is really the kickoff. From here on out it's possible to find a race a week.
I can't wait, because it sucks waiting 2 weeks to look at some new local results.

Man, October is going to be a GREAT month for me!!!
1. My 3rd time running the Army 10 Miler - and their 25th (maybe 20th) anniversary.
2. My first time running a MARATHON!!!
3. My dad's birthday - #59
4. My first time owning a house!
5. My first time NOT moving a finger for a move ('cause it's the week before my marathon)
6. My son's first time singing in "big church" in a small ensemble.
7. My grandma's birthday (on Halloween) - #84
8. My first time living in Loudoun County (a name which I have to concentrate on before spelling)
