So I gotta race tomorrow...a 5K. Yes, you heard me right, I didn't leave the zero off it. The bad news is I gotta stand around for awhile and wait for others.
I stepped outside this morning and it's COLD. I guess there will be more disposable clothes to donate once I get running!!

I'm doing a 15 mile run at Stone Mtn Park tomorrow morning. Temps will be around 46 degrees. Isn't it great!

I used to bring a support person who would grab my sweats when I schucked em off just before the start. I would retain my coolmax cap and a disposable pair of cotton gloves that would get dumped at teh first water stop.....but then you all know these tricks...
