It was warm enough for the first time this year that I wouldn't have had to wear tights to ride in this morning but it was raining. Tights do a darn fine job of keeping the crap from accumulating on your legs.

Quit drinking those Ex Lax smoothies in the AM and you won't have that problem
Snowing here in Lansdale too....grrrr...last class tonight and I don't want to have to make it up.

It was a bit cold to run this morning out here in Exton, plus I am still a bit stiff from the 10k trail race Saturday. That was all kinds of fun in the cold and rain Well, it WAS fun, but now I am drinking hot tea and poping Amoxacillin I go to Texas on Thursday and Friday, so I think I will take my running stuff with me and try and get an eary AM run in on Friday morning. I think some Texas chilli and BBQ will burn out this bug

nope. not here......we had more than our fair share Friday night as I was trying to head South for a Sat race....we turned around 20 minutes past Joel territory. It's just cold and windy.....which is pretty normal for Green Bay
