What are causes of headaches? Could you please help me list them?

For me it's stress. I rarely get them but when I do this is the cause 99% of the time.

allergies - dust - can cause sinus problems and a sinus headache.
dehydration causes headache in me
perfume and scented candles will give me a headache

lighting... pulsating flourescent; too bright; too dim; glare; sun
carbon monoxide... put me in a traffic jam, instant head pound
motion sickness... headache fer sure

Often can be trigger points in muscles - I do alot of this treatment work. If you can tell me exactly where you feel the pain (back of head, frontal, temporal etc) I might be able to tell you where to jam your thumb or where to roll the tennis ball to deal with it
