She is now trach free 
It was pulled without incident, even though there were 10 docs, 2 nurses 2 respiratory therapists, all of the "crash" meds drawn up and the crash cart ready to go.
It was pulled and she cried for several minutes. Once the doctors left knowing it was okay, Abby looked right at me and wanted me to pick her up and Abby, me and Robin all cried for 15 minutes. It was a great moment in my life
She made it through the night without any problems. She will be coming home today.
Abby did it!
I wish there were more ways I could express it but it is hard to put into words.
