well that is a good question. I have been dealing with severe quad/knee pain for the past 6 months. X-rays & MRI showed nothing. I was in Physical therapy and they treated the symptoms with little improvement. Finally a month ago my back started to hurt. It turns out that I have a compressed disk (L5-left) that has been causing the problem. (at least some of it). I am started to get better but it been slow. I feel on a retaining wall 1.5 years ago and injuried my back it just took awhile for it to move down to my knee. Or at least that is the latest thought on it all.

either way, I am just pleased I was able to get out there.
