Wow, that had to be awful to see. I could not imagine what happened if we even got a call close to that. That had to be just horrible to see. I would not know even where to start.
My heart goes out to the families of the victims and to the police, fire and ambulance people who had to see all of that awful carnage, death and disaster.

Simliar incident in Chicago the other night.
Can't believe that 54 people died, something illegal was wrong there, besided the indoor fireworks

It is at 96 right now Greg. With some unaccounted for and some still in critical condition at the hospital.

isn't this the second night-club fire in a week in the news?
what were they doing with fireworks in a club? i heard briefly that they were not licensed to be doing whatever they were doing.
very scary and sad for the families and community.

THe one in Chicago was started when a bouncer sprayed pepper spray to break up a fight and a stampede started crushing I think 24 people.

Eerily similar to the Coconut Grove fire in Boston in the 1930's

The band that was playing up in RI played here a week or so ago. Did the pyrotechnics then too, but it was in a bigger building with higher ceilings.
I don't know, we're in a small, cozy building that only allows 250 people, let's shoot off some fireworks.
I sense lots of lawsuits coming.

I just read in the paper that Great White, (band in question) pulled something like this (indoor pyro) recently.
Its a shame, that their stupidity cost so many lives.

They were supposed to be playing in ATL pretty soon. Guess they won't now.
That's pretty sad what happened. My heart goes out to the families of those that lost lives. It also goes out to those that have to clean up a bunch of burnt bodies.
