Is walking to slow?

I find myself running or jogging slowly when I go places. From the car to the front door of the office. From the mailbox to the house. Everywhere.

I just went from my office to an office across the way and I ran. dunno

YES!!!!!
since my main thing is skates and bikes to get around i normally end up right at the door. occasionally i'll walk to something for a reason and be astonished at how much slower it is. and why i prefer my skates.
