M-W-F, 3 mile runs (maybe 4 on Friday)

T-R-S, full body weights, @65%, pre injury weight

I think its okay, but I am not really sure.

I would skip the Thursday weights for the first two weeks. You will need some time to adjust and this will give you two days off until your body is used to working out again.

I agree... you took a pretty heavy hit... the running will get your whole body used to working again... add weights slowly over a period of time, and start with low weight.

Very Happy

Screw running. Don't be some 98 lb. weakling that gets sand kicked in his face at the beach. Hit the weights!

I have never weighed 98 lbs. as an adult. Razz Charles Atlas does rock my face off though.
