So..is an hour at 11 mph reasonable for a daily fitness ride?
This terrain includes a few small and one monster hill both ways.

Sounds good. I have the feeling though, it won't be long and you'll be clipping along better than 11mph

All depends on if you're getting your heart rate up enough to do ya some good.
but any MPH better than no MPH!
