Background:
I just made 3 doz choc covered strawberries for the staff on my wife's hospital floor. I had some leftover melted chocolate. Thought I would use it to make Bailey's Irish Creme Truffels. Put in too much Bailey's and I had no more chocolate to thicken it. Soooo I wound up with a frosting like creme ganache.
I dipped some Oreos in the mixture and ate them. Do you think that was over the top ?

There is no such thing as too much chocolate. My favorite sundae is a warm brownie with chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup on top. Yumm!
