for justifiable homicide?

Just asking. For a friend.

You know the point you get with certain people, once they've crossed that line with you that EVERYTHING <even how they breathe> they do just irritates you to DEATH???

Maybe my friend needs anger management. Anyone have the number?

I'll play dumb here. I thought justifiable homicide was not a crime.

It's only justifiable when police are involved?

It's otherwise known as self defense. I would assume if you kill someone in self defense you still are tried?

Involuntary manslaughter is you didn't mean to kill them. It was an accidnet.
