Hi there
I'm packing up my stuff getting ready to leave for Lake Placid. The Ironman is this Sunday starting at 7:00. Wanted to let you know my number just in case you tune in during the day. You can track athletes on www.ironmanlive.com. My number is 2067 and Happy2tri is 1011. I'm hoping to finish under last year's time (14:14) but it all depends on the weather and my body on that day. As long as I finish I'll be happy. Elkid isn't going to make it this weekend but Tribob will be there and I'm going to keep an eye open for him. I hope everyone has a nice weekend.

We were in Lake Placid almost the same time last year (early August, actually). You'll have fantastic scenery to do your thing. All the best to you both!
