My friend, Patrick, is doing the Couer d'Alene IronMan next Sunday, the 27th. He's been working on this for three years now and he's been committed to training like few I've seen. The guy's an animal.
I would love to FLOOD his mailbox with well-wishers, since physically he's more than ready but mentally he's a basket case. Well, he's a basket case in general, but you know what I mean.
If you could send him a "good luck" message I'd really appreciate it. You won't know him, he won't know you. You can tell him I sent you, you don't have to, whatever you want. I think it would be a hoot for him to get a bunch of good lucks from a bunch of people he doesn't know.
