This might be the first interview that doesn't result in a job offer. The ad was nothing like the postion they need to fill.

It'd be a great place to work - training plans -

That's too bad! Sorry you wasted your time. Although interviewing is always a good thing to practice.

I hate interviews. Both interviewing and being the interviewee.
