The book was awesome as well. There's been more than one class-action lawsuit started by a former in-house insurance company attorney...some worthwhile, some not.

Two words: State Farm. Had them since I was 17. Never had one problem with the claims I've filed (none were my fault, either, and one was a three vehicle accident when I got rearended in PA while having NJ insurance). Their premiums are a bit higher, but I get no hassle service which is worth every penny.
