I hate winter and don’t like to freeze outside. However I would like to keep working out during this season. I heard of a possibility of indoor traning. I would like to know more about it. What are indoor traning benefits? Should I continue to work out indoors during winter?

Well many of us continue to workout during the long and cold winter days. I am not a fan of snow and ice either. Yet I keep training all year round. You can do it too. You can lift weights, swim in indoor pools or cycle using the recumbent bike. One of the options is to get an indoor bicycle trainer. You can ride your bike with the closest resemblance to the road ride you can get. Therefore you can get all the benefits you get other seasons while cycling in your own home.
