I would like to continue my riding yet I hate snow and low temperatures. I heard that some people ride indoors during winter. I would like to do that too. Are they riding recumbent bikes? I heard that you can ride your own regular bike at home. I think that it could be something for me.

Yes, you can ride your regular bike in the warm, cozy atmosphere of your home while the snow blizzard may be whipping across the country. It is called indoor trainer. It is a rack with the wheel where you fix your bike’s wheel. It can simulate climbing, riding flat terrain and some other things. Finally you can have your cake and eat it too. You can stay fit and in good form until spring comes and weather is nice to allow riding outdoors.
