Hey, I want to be a history professor, I'm a huge tar heels fan, Chapel Hill is a perfect location (between the ocean and the mountains) It's warm there, but not Florida warm, it's a smaller city, unlike Durham...which it is close to. Sounds like a good set up to me...The hours thing is a dream, but hey! it's a perfect world, right?

where would you live? Central Park West, NYC baby!

where would you work? NYC, baby!

what would your hours be? in a perfect world they would vary based on organizational need because I wouldn't have to work - I'd only do volunteer stuff

I add the following:
- kids would not get terminal illnesses
- the stupid and the drunk would die in accidents, not the innocent victims
- HIV and AIDS would not exist
- there would be no need for cars because we could teletransport ourselves everywhere (you'd never be late again!!!)
- I would have five beermeisters in my house, full at all time
cheers

I would most likely live wherever the miliary sent me (and love it)

I would be a pilot for the USAF

Whatever the AF asked, hours-wise

Another perfect-world scenario:

I'd live in Alaska and write cookbooks during the long winters. FUN!!!

What great questions!!

If I had the money, I'd own homes all over. And if the local 5km paid out prizes as big as NBA salaries, that'd be my job. Surprised

That is TOO funny!!!! I was just thinking the same thing about Chapel Hill!!
I would have said Calgary except for the education I got recently about what jerks the men are up there.

Sooo...having said that:

1) Chapel Hill, NC (with a summer home in Seattle to get away from the heat) with a HUGE garden or two and a greenhouse out back

2) Part time psychology professor at UNC, private practice psychologist specializing in chronic/terminal illness patients, director of a race foundation similar to Susan B. Komen that would raise money for mental health awareness in similar events to Race for the Cure

3) I'd work like a fiend because I'd be doing what I wanted to do, and in that case, hours are of no consequence.

Man, that would be sweet.......
