My cycling has been improving all the time. I am proud to say that I managed to transform myself from a recreational rider to a wannabe cycling pro. However, as everyone else, I have my weak points. Climbing is my Achilles Heel. Do you have any tips regarding improving climbing?

Many people find climbing difficult. It is understandable since you are pushing against the strongest force on this planet – gravity. However if you have strong leg muscles you can do well here too. To develop strong leg muscles you have to train with weights. Nothing can beat lifting weights when it comes to developing huge muscle mass and power. Once you achieve that you will be amazed how less steep those hills will seem to be.
