Day 2 of Lilies Under Siege 
I.am.so.f-cking.mad.right.now.....seriously!
I come home yesterday, still mad about the lily incident Tuesday, and find that the b*stards were apparently back and have now mowed down over HALF OF MY FLOWERBED AND cut back my rosebushes, which are barely alive due to the crappy weather we've been having, INCLUDING all the branches that had BUDS on them!!!!!!!!!!
So, once again trying to follow protocol, I call the pizwat at the management company and escalate from seething fury to raving, slavering lunatic in 2.3 seconds and get a COMPLETE runaround about why he was too busy to call the other day when I complained about the lilies and how I shouldn't call the landscapers myself because we are supposed to go through him. I bet he sh*ts blood for a week after that phone call.  I then email him AND the association board of directors AND my cousin who is an attorney and tell him that I want this resolved NOW or I swear I am calling every F-ing agency in the county that I can think of, INCLUDING the F-ing INS (I have a friend who works there) and sending a swarm of feds down there to check green cards and send those unwashed pieces of sh*t back to whatever Godforsaken third world country they came from.
I just got cc'd on an email from him to the owner of the landscaping company. Yeah, THAT's really efficient.  I swear if I go home today and one more thing is damaged I am going down there in person.....I am so G-damn mad right now I could strangle someone. What a total lack of respect and professionalism......why the hell are people so twisted anymore? I was ALWAYS nice to these pieces of sh*t, I say hello when I leave the house in the morning, I wave when I drive by them out working, WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know, you really should be nicer to the gardeners. Perhaps you and LArry can talk. He's got them carting him around the restaurants in a golf cart! 
(Sorry about your flowers. I'd be mad if someone cut down all the flowers in my yard too.)

 Ya think? I know, I'm kinda shy....I'm trying hard to work on that though.....
Well, this is certainly interesting. Apparently being a b*tch has its advantages. I just got off the phone with the owner of the landscaping company, who was VERY nice and VERY apologetic, said he had three separate crews out there this week so he's pretty sure it was one of them (as opposed to the idiot at the management company trying to deny any possible responsibility ). He HIMSELF is going out within the next day or two to inspect the property and see what they did the cutting with so he knows which crew it was, and he promised they will replace my rose bushes and any of the other plants that are really destroyed. The lilies came from Holland and they're pretty much toast for the year but he assured me they would grow back next year and if they do not he'll replace them also.
I also asked him to take us off the maintenance list other than mowing the lawn and he agreed to do that. They have bed markers that alert the crews not to touch the shrubs or flowers or anything if they see them. We shall see if he follows through.......but at least there's someone competent in this equation. He told me if anything happens in the future to call him directly and not even bother going through the management co.

Because if you're going to come over here and take up jobs that could be going to support people who actually LIVE in this country legally, you damn well better be able to DO the job and do it right.
