I never leave the house with out. I have an idea tag on my shoe, and I also where one on my neck. I even have a tag on the sneax I wear just for cycling. I have my name, address, phone #, Blood Type, and that I have Asthma. When I ride my bike if I remember I also try and bring the cell phone with me as well.

I don't carry any ID when I'm running or cycling but I do carry a cell phone when I ride. I've used it a couple of times.

I don't carry any, but probably should have one of those things on my shoes.

Although, living in a town of 3,000 everyone knows who I am anyway.

It's still a good idea though!

I didn't used to, but now I do. It's a business card with my name and number and name/numbr of contact, which I laminated. I carry one in the hip pocket of my shorts (DeSoto shorts) and I've also put one in my bike bag.

I definately need to get an ID thing for my shoes.
People around here come up murdered and kidnapped a lot (at least the news makes it seem so). Everyone in the neighborhood knows who I am (at least that I am the girl who runs) and I could go to anyone's house and be let in if I had to, but better to be safe than sorry.

I never heard of the shoe Id tags. Where do you get them? I should really carry something too.

They clip onto your shoes, take a look at the site I linked belows Allisaon, they are like 19.95 with shipping. Really a good idea.

Click here for the Road ID website

Your local Army surplus store may be able to make a set of dogtags for you too. My son and his buddy had some made up there.

find yourself a pen and scribble your name and number on your wrist, Pro! That's what I do...maybe someday I'll just tattoo it on?
