I keep hearing that one should pay special attention to his running shoes. They should be very comfortable and fit nicely. I would like to know what the ideal shoe size is. What size should I look for? It would help me to find a suitable shoe for my running sessions.

You are right about the importance of the running shoes. Indeed they have to be comfortable and fit nicely. However, I cannot tell you what the ideal shoe size is particularly for you. I don’t know your foot size. Also your foot type is also important. Qualified shop assistant specialized in sport shoes will be able to suggest the appropriate shoes for you. Then you can put them on and see how it feels to walk in them.
