Yesterday the doctor cleared me to resume normal activities! I said "does that mean I can start running again?" She shot me "the look" but I said that I really felt good and feel I can start running again. She said I can start gallowalking (well, that wasn't her word) and just listen to my body and stop when I need to!
WHOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Of course, today it has to be horribly cold and crappy weather.

Be careful. If you can resume normal activites that means you can have sex again too. Now that you have 2 babies you prolly figured out where thy are coming from.

i love that line, "you can resume normal activities." My doctor and i found out early that i didin't know what normal was. <gee imagine that  > I've now have learned to explain what my "normal" is and then let them tell me what i can do.
then go do what i figure is ok anyway,
