The programmable jock strap. It could sense the level of testerone in the body, then put a 'squeeze' on when said levels got too high. Think nice thoughts and the t levels stay low enough to let the 'boys' breathe easy. Think nasty, agressive, take-over-the-world thoughts and the squeeze is on.
The sheer pain of it could cause a man to rethink his ideas... and provide a little comic relief for the ladies.
On the other hand, the WB would certainly be nicer to look at...
