Went to the track last night for a run and just couldn't do it. The weather was great. My legs felt stiff. I'd run a lap and stop and walk a lap. Then I would try another lap, nada. Haven't had a good run since Sat. Not only that but have you ever run and felt like you were all feet? Taking the rest of the week off. Will try again Monday.

Sounds like an off day, you will get it back. We all have off days.

Bad days happen to the best of us. Stick with it and it will go away.
