Today on the ride home from a long day which included a morning race for me and my son, my wife expressed some interest in running! She said she never thought about it before because it would be too hard to do it with the kids. I told her I would sell my bike (a Specialized Stumpjumper, if anyone is interested in purchasing one) to buy a dual jogger and I would push the kids. She agreed to give it a try. I told her we would start in the spring (it is too cold for the kids right now)

Great news, Monk! Someday I hope to get T out with me as well. Unlike your wife, she's actually run a few races - years ago.

Cool, be a good example for the kids seeing you both exercise. Good luck with it.

That's great!
Now you can drag her all over the place to do races 'cause she'll want to do them too.
(You might want to let her try it out for a bit before you sell the bike, just in case she decides it's not for her.)

i had a feeling she would cave one day. BUT, you must hold her to it now.....don't let the warmer weather hit without her running.
great news.

I would love that. Maybe she would get sponsored and bring in a little extra dough!
