Skinned elbow
Face smashed into the mat so hard I saw stars.
Other than that, it was a great day!
RLAG..MW thinks my wrist is sprained. We iced it last night and it was OK today with a heavy wrap.
Hope your shoulder gets better...

First you would have to decide what martial art appeals to you. The I would google it and see if there is a gym/dojo in your area.
I know enough to protect myself, however I am not an instructor by any stretch of the immagination.

I will pay good money and suffer a lot of pain, if in the end I learn something of value.
It is the same with any hobby or sport.

I definetly hear you on that, all in all it sounds like it was a very good weekend despite the pain.
Just use Hyper's whiskey recovery plan and you'll be good as new in no time!!!!!!!!!!

Hyper wiskey recovery plan? That would make my head hurt as bad as the rest of me...
