In this case closet = desk. My desk is full of stuff I never look at. I need to just dump out all the drawers and start over fresh.
Throwing stuff away is cathartic.

Ooh, I'm doing this this weekend too. I should have done it pre-move but apparently I enjoy lifting extra files and paperwork I don't need.  can't. wait. to. pitch. it. all.

I'm cleaning out drawers too. I'll be like you in my new place though. Not being organized has driven me to the brink. I'm so sick of stuff right now.

I love FlyLady but all those emails were making me bonkers so I had to stop it. I did keep some though, just as reminders. Her organizational tips rock!
I'm cleaning out the home office this weekend too. Pre-fall cleaning to go with the new paint job! By the time my roomie moves my house will be perfect!

My problem is I'm a temporary squatter in someone else's desk. (she's on sick leave and will be for ?????) She was a slob. I have straightened some stuff out and taken out the piles and piles of office supplies she had stashed in and around her desk, but I still haven't "moved in" and it's driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!
