Promptly, without hesitation, hand your ATTITUDE back to you with my bare hands! 
So this female(I was going to say lady) comes into the gym this morning. She says she's here to pick up a cash donation for her organization. I politely inform her she must be mistaken as I never, ever, give cash donations for anything. I give product, service etc, but cash......no way. We go back and forth a bit before she comes off with this phrase...."Well you better talk to your HIGHER UPS because I have gotten a cash donation from here for the last 3 years, can you call somebody??" Needless to say I am pist now.  I actually took my glasses off and laid them on the counter, you know, in case I have to leap over the counter n b!tchslap her.  Then I looked her square in the eye and said "Look Ma'am,(how badly I wanted to say b!tch!) I am the top of the food chain here. I personally handle all requests for donations period, end of story." And can you believe she then had the nerve to ask me for "what ever I could give her" ??!! I told her I could give her something but she'd have to have it surgically removed from somewhere on her body at which point it would be useless. However, I told her to try again next year but bring her inside voice when asking and if that's not possible, send someone else!
I'm sick and tired of being nice to everybody! If you're gonna come in with your hand out be nice for christ sakes or I'm biting it off!

I can certainly understand your, um, frustration. But how 'bout this, instead? "Well, if I felt like it, I could call someone who gives a rat's azz. But, considering that I am the HIGHEST up, that won't be necessary. In fact, before I ever consider a donation again, have YOUR higher up contact ME. Buh-bye."
