it didn't happen. This friend is so known for doing that kind of thing. She promised to give me a check (which I don't really need) for some music I did for her. She was all upset that she couldn't give it to me when i dropped the tape off. so she's telling me how she's gonna drop it off at my school (less than a mile from her house), so I check my mailbox before I leave and it's not there.
I don't care when you get it to me, but at least do what you say you're gonna do!

I really hate that sort of thing, too.
That's why I don't commit unless I am positive I can accomplish whatever it is needs doing.
