Had horrible, horrible stomach cramps, and threw up. My wife thought my appendix had burst or something.
Man, that was terrible. Feel fine today though. Back at work, and actually have my first CC meet of the season today.

I don't know what it was. I stained the deck early in the afternoon. Did the noxious fumes get to me? 
All I know is, I've never had stomach/intestinal pain like that. Ever.
The wifey seriously wanted me to go to the emergency room. But I persisted. Had some Pepto and went to bed. Woke up today a brand new man.
Food Poisoning? I'm still struggling to figure this one out.

Sounds like the culprit to me. I think most everyone has some kind of "sensitivity"...this is probably yours.

Is this a new euphemism?
It could have been food poisoning. Did you eat something weird or that had been left out too long?
I had bad spaghetti that had been warm too long at a potluck once. Never again.
