You could come visit some friends in the Keys and go kite-boarding, or parasailing, or windsurfing. And don't forget, we have friends with a 48 ft Cat. You could learn how to sail a boat. (Of course, all of this is dependent on the wind and weather at the time. But a thought anyhow)

RR road trip would be a cool thing to do. a lot of ATL folks, in the winter still for Philly most likely be nice here though.
