I need a schedule for my next tri. I want to follow a strict schedule that outlines the miles and times I should be doing. I found 2, but I'm not sure if I like either one.

Have looked at Gale Bernhardt's Training Programs for Multisport Athletes?? That seems to be the best one around. I have a copy if you want it, it isn't doing me any good sitting here.
