and they just had a story and the tag line at the bottom was TOE LICKER.  Some dude apparently waiting underneat cars to lick toes. Um, is this really news? I guess it's more of a "lookout for this creep" story but I really don't want to hear about it.

It was in Tulsa in a Wal-Mart at 81st and Lewis. I used to go to that store all the time!
The cops are concerned because this could escalate into something serious if he's not caught.

The radio guys interviewing the cop said "are you worried he'll become an ankle biter?" He laughed and made a joke about ankle biters before talking about how it could graduate into a more serious crime (i.e. rape)
However, licking the toes of a stranger is just a misdemeanor in Oklahoma. You'll be ok Joel.

There is not specifically a law regarding toe licking. I believe they classified it as misdemeanor assault
