He's got the world's largest arms. Something like 26" or so. I'm not sure if he admits it, but he's been accused of using Synthol (?), which is kind of like a boob job for your arms.

we could not even get standard handcuffs on him
we would have to use leg irons
he could not even be cuffed behind his back
that synthol is cosmetic only i think
it looks like he could break the cuffs but i doubt it
