I were just sayin that in the freakin scary thread
Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama are under the gun...

I'm thinking, I'm not a meteorologist, but I play one on the Internet...and I don't know about this 'turn' that is supposed to happen. I'm thinking that the ATL may be spared...

Bring it on. I'm going to the store to buy hurricane mix tonight.

And UNO already cancelled classes for the rest of the week. LSU will probably wait until it's too late to leave, if they even cancel class at all.

Hurricane Elena was a wicked Class 3 that hit Mississippi back in the late 80's. It completely destroyed my entire hometown and caused almost $200 worth of damage in the process.

Pretty cheap to destroy your whole town. Was it the size of a shoebox?

You can replace 'my hometown' with Puerto Rico, Haiti, Greenbow AL, Chalmette LA, etc. If you use Chalmette LA, then you have to drop the damage estimates down to $75 to keep the joke somewhat believable.
And what in the hell would a shoebox be doing in a town in Mississippi? That's like finding a toothbrush in Kentucky.
Hi, cheryl and bonobo.
