Time for lunch. I'm having some pasta w/ tomatoes and tuna. (It's near the end of the month, I'm broke. Think of it as "fuel", not food).

I'm going to try to be a very good girl, and think of my poor brain (already substandard) suffused with chemicals.

I delved into my dwindling fish supply and fried up some walleye fillets last night. And, of course, I made sure there would be enough left over for lunch today...

I've always wanted to try walleye. I've heard it's tasty.

I love fish and walleye is right there at the top, along with freshwater perch. I don't think I can mail you any filets though....

Another vote here for freshwater perch.

The lake I fish is LOADED with perch. Easy to fill a bucket with them in an afernoon. They are so small around here though...
You sure you can't mail them,..I mean,..they won't be THAT bad by the time they get here,...will they?

Well I COULD mail them but the freshness guarantee would definitely be cancelled.....
We catch perch out of Lake Erie that range anywhere from 9"-13". Those are worth the effort to filet.
