I was at the running club yesterday night and apparently I was too fast for most of the people in the group. The fast guy that I used to pace with wasn't there so I was running solo for basically most of the way. Got back to the store in 35:44 (an 8k run) and the rest came in 15-20 mins later...I felt so bad...

Final report:
Temp at 0900 was about 13 or so. No wind with lots and lots of sunshine. PERFECT !!! Plenty of people showed up too. Good easy run.
I am very glad I went.

No photos this time. Because of the cold, my wardrobe was big on layers today:
Below the waist: compression shorts, poly long johns, fleece lined tights.
Above the waist: compression tee, Under Armor Cold Gear LS tee, poly long john top and finally a cool max zipper tee.
Usual socks, running shoes, fleece headband and my new casette player.
P.S. Thanks for asking...
