at least in my dream last night, I was pregnant.
I was at my due date and at the office finishing stuff up. I was having contractions, but I didn't want to leave just yet because I had a deadline I was trying to make. My contractions were 5 minutes apart, then they stopped for about an hour and started again 3 minutes apart, but my water hadn't broke, so I thought I was ok.
I finally got the hot guy at my office to take me to the hospital. We rode in the BMW because it was a smoother ride than my Jeep. The father of my child was at the hospital and it wasn't my husband.

Oddly, yes. |
The symbolism in dreams is rarely what it seems....the project (your baby) is coming too early for your liking and you wanted to stay to finish it. The ride to the hospital with this guy might mean that his presence will make the remaining portion of the "labor" a little smoother than if you had done it all yourself. The fact that the baby's father is not your husband may mean that you are trying to keep this project from affecting him.
