that I probably should feel obligated to attend. Friend from high school, somewhat close friends. Went to a dance with her sophomore year. I tried to keep up some contact with her in college, but haven't seen her in years. She's getting married tonight to some guy that no one really likes (or so I hear). Even better is that the wedding was moved up several months because she's pregnant. Yeah... I'll pass. None of my other friends are going either.

Sorry to hear that no one seems to like the guy and that it is getting off to an apparent rushed start. Hopefully they can recover.

You could always crash the reception with a few buddies, do a few quick shots and get the hell out of Dodge. Not that I've ever done anything like that...

I was actually planning on going if it was an open bar. But it's just kegs and I'm not much of a beer guy.
